To ensure that there is no confusion, I’d like to guide your attention to the handy-dandy holiday map that we refer to this time of year. Appreciate Your Receptionist Today (And Every Day)

Posted on

Hey, Readers!

When you walk into our Main Building here at Everything Summer Camp, who’s the first face you see? Of course, it’s our Receptionist, Missy. With a warm personality and infectious smile, Missy is always there to help. And while everyone at Everything Summer Camp is taking today to be extra appreciative toward Missy, today isn’t JUST about her…

It’s about all Receptionists the world over! May 14 is Receptionist Day! The days of a receptionist are typically filled with paperwork, phone calls, helping customers, filing, and—in general—keeping daily operations running smoothly. That’s quite a variety of work for one person’s responsibilities, but somehow receptionists like Missy, my Aunt Barb, missy(and Pam Beesly) manage the workload every day.

Actually, Missy says that her favorite part about her job is the variety of duties it entails. From handling camp clothing to checking personalized items that we make in our own facility through to shipping, Missy truly plays a vital role in making sure that your orders containing customized items are sent out to you just the way that you wanted it!

Aside from handling orders, Missy also handles important spreadsheets as well as all of our sales reports and receiving all applications that we get for Everything Summer Camp. Missy’s job requires so much variety, it’s amazing to me that she can keep up with it. It’s a good thing I’m not the receptionist of Everything Summer Camp. I’d be swimming in paperwork on the first day!

Receptionists certainly are remarkably skilled people that they can handle such a wide assortment of unrelated tasks; and while they might make it LOOK easy, it only appears that way because of the grace they employ in their daily work. If your workplace has a receptionist, be sure to let them know how great they are!

Thanks, Readers.

We make shopping with us simple at Everything Summer Camp.

Hey, Camp Preppers!

Today I want to tell you about our simple and great return policy here at Everything Summer Camp. We want to make sure that you’re confident in purchasing everything from our sturdy camp trunks to a simple flashlight.

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchase. That’s why we have a simple and easy, no-hassle return policy. If you need to return something just give us a call at 1-800-535-2057.

If you’re returning something within 60 days of making the purchase, then you’ll get full credit for the cost of those products. This credit can be a credit issued to your credit card or in-store credit. Also, so long as you are within 60 days of the purchase date, you hold the right to return any product for any reason at all.

If you want to return a product or multiple products between 61 to 120 days of having made the purchase, then you’ll still get full credit for the cost of those products that you’re returning. However, at this point we will only provide you with an in-store credit that you can redeem on any future purchases.

Also, after the 61 to 120 day window, all products that you want to return must be returned in new, sellable condition. If you need to return a product that is not in new condition please call us and we will try to resolve the problem. These instances are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Finally, after 120 days we do not allow returns anymore. This does not mean that you are out of luck. We sell quite a few items that have lifetime or 1-3 year warranties and we will work with you to help you take full advantage of those warranties. At all times, Everything Summer Camp is willing to put your satisfaction in front of everything else.

Everything Summer Camp’s “No Drop Shipping” Policy

Posted on

Hey, Summer Camp Fans!

As modest as we remain at Everything Summer Camp, it’s hard not to talk about what excellence we show in terms of our concept, production, and customer service. Today I want to talk specifically about the no drop shipping policy we have here at Everything Summer Camp.

Why don’t we do Drop Shipping? Because Everything Summer Camp cares about you sending your kid to camp on time. But I’m getting ahead of myself.

First of all, let me explain what Drop Shipping even is. Drop shipping is when a retailer (unlike Everything Summer Camp) sells an item that they don’t produce or keep in stock. The retailer instead transfers the customer’s order and shipment details to another company that actually produces and/or ships the goods directly to that customer then.

So I would imagine then, that it makes you feel much better to know that there’s companies out there who you can trust who don’t Drop Ship and hand over your order to someone else to finish off the job. We respect our customers too much to do that to them.

Everything Summer Camp NEVER Drop Ships. When you place an order at Everything Summer Camp, we either have it in stock or we make it ourselves. Your business with us stays between us—we never involve a “middle man” to complete your order!

That’s how we know you’ll receive your full order on time—because we’re in charge of it. We take full responsibility over it. Many camp outfitters rely on other companies to fulfill your order—they don’t have full control. Why place your trust in multiple companies and have to wait for multiple packages?

Everything Summer Camp is your reliable one stop online shop for anything and everything you might need at camp this summer. Place an order with us and we will make sure you receive everything at the same time, on time.

Near the end of 2002, PayPal became a subsidiary owned completely by eBay. PayPal is simple enough as it works as an acquirer, performing processing for your payments that are going to online vendors as well as auction sites and other commercial users. Online money transfers are certainly a safe alternative to paying with paper money.

To prove its absolute safety and recognition, PayPal has been expanding broadly. They began with corporate headquarters in San Jose, California. They now work on a worldwide basis. The company now has major operations in five separate locations across the United States as well as locations in India, Ireland, Germany, Israel.

PayPal continues expanding today, offering online payment methods to online shoppers in more and more countries so that little kids just like you on the other side of the world can buy a camp trunk from Everything Summer Camp through PayPal so they can go to summer camp too.

Aren’t these amazing times that we live in? Let Everything Summer Camp make your camp planning easier. Let PayPal make your payment easy. Thanks for reading! Until next time, Camp Preppers!
