If you ever need to take advantage of the warranty just give us a call at 1-800-535-2057 and we will give you all the information that you will need to ship your footlocker back to us. Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damages or Acts of God including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, and wild fires.

The only thing you pay for are the shipping charges.
