Decorate Your Space

Posted on

Bring decorations for your cabin. Nothing big but maybe some string lights or photos of family and friends for your bunk.

Setting Up Your Bunk

Posted on

My second tip is for setting up your bunk. You definitely want comfort. I always bring 1 bed sheet a sleeping bag and a blanket. For me I like 2 pillows but it varies. I also enjoy bringing photos and string lights to decorate my bunk and make it more roomy. Bringing decor was always something I enjoyed doing and it gave it a pop of color to the cabin. keep your bunk clean its so much better. I always kept a box on the side to hold my books and activities!

Peace & Quiet With Headphones

Bring noise canceling headphones in case you have a noisy bunkmate like me! (And don’t be loud like me!)

Bring Entertainment

Posted on

If you are far away from your camp, the bus ride (if you go on the bus, or any non-plane) will be very long. Bring entertainment, but sometimes they will play a movie. Please enjoy camp:) p.s.
The beds are usually thin twin beds. Always call bottom bunk! Trust me!!!

Optimize Storage Space

Under the bed storage is always key. Make sure your luggage can fit underneath, even if it needs to be open to do so. I store my suitcase under a camp bed, opened, so their are two halves and it fits
