Could not find the email with the gift card - checked the spam folder too. I did need to make an additional order too but just had to place the order anyways without the gift card.

Zipper broke before travel

I love everything about this trunk and duffle —minus the zipper. I zip it up and it opens behind the closure. Is there anyone in customer service that can help me? Is this zipper normal? How can I get it fixed? I love the bag but it’s unusable without the zipper. :(
