How do I submit a request?
Once you're subscribed to VIC, fill out our quick online form with your item details and camp information. Our team reviews every request within 1-2 business days.
How much does it cost?
The VIC subscription is $20/year and includes 160 FREE name labels at sign-up (a $43.87 value). For replacement items, you pay the product cost plus shipping. If we source from another store, there's a 10% fee. If an ESC item arrived damaged, we cover both replacement and shipping.
Can I choose my shipping speed?
Yes! When we create your custom checkout, you'll see shipping options and can select the speed that works best for you. Expedited shipping is available for urgent needs.
What if you can't find the item I need?
We'll do our best to source exactly what you need. If we can't find the exact item, we'll reach out with alternative options. We have access to multiple suppliers and always prioritize camp-approved items.
Does this subscription expire?
No expiration! Your subscription continues annually until you cancel. Cancel anytime through your account portal.
What about the free name labels?
When you signup for the VIC program, the subscription is added to your cart automatically.

When will I receive tracking information?
Once your item ships, you'll automatically receive tracking information via email. No need to follow up—it's all handled automatically!

Where do you ship to—camp office or cabin?
Most camps accept deliveries at a central office or mail area. We'll address the package according to the camp's policy and add the camper name, bunk/cabin, session, and any required labels.
