Best Customer Service

I pushed my timeline and ordered the trunk very close to my daughter’s camp departure. I was concerned about it not being delivered on time. They advised that I should have it with a day to spare. Then I received a messsge stating that my trunk with the recessed wheel needed a part. Instead of leaving my high and dry, they sent a substitute and expedited it. Now she has come back from camp and true to their word, they just sent me the replacement with the wheels. I have been so impressed! Thank you for truly taking care of the customer!

Perfect!!

This is our second trunk to purchase for one of our kids for Camp Longhorn. They always come so fast, and I love that they put the wheels on for you. I also love the sticker labels they make with your kids names. Makes life so much easier on us! Will definitely order again when kiddo #3 is of age for camp!

The only replacement wheels available but not the right wheels.

These are the only wheels available to replace the broken ones from last year and they aren’t even the right wheels. They probably are trying to make you buy a brand new trunk instead of being able to fix the original wheels. Unfortunate.
