My daughter has taken her trunk to camp twice. The other eleven months of the year the trunks sits on a shelf in the garage… Much to my surprise, when I took the truck down this year one of the wheels fell off. Turns out the spot welding on the wheel bracket had failed. Everything Summer Camp was great and sent a new bracket quickly - in time for camp. :) However, the replacement bracket was bent. I made it work and they sent another. Impressed by the responsive customer service. Not impressed that a ‘built for a lifetime’ item failed so quickly and that the first replacement was faulty. My daughter loves her ‘old-school’ (heavy) trunk. Hoping we have no further issues!
