Easy replacement

One of my soft trunk frame first broke, I was a bit concerned about whether that meant we needed a new trunk. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could easily request the part I needed. Then I simply needed to pay for shipping and the part was otherwise free. And while I was bummed that the frame broke to begin with, it turned out to not be a big deal at all.

Great trunk and customer service. My daughter's frame was crushed in our storage closet. Totally our fault but the team replaced it for free and shipped it priority so we would get it quickly. We will be storing it more carefully. Thank you!
