Ship Your Gear $1000 Giveaway - Official Rules

The Giveaway is sponsored by C&N Manufacturing, Inc. ("Sponsor"), parent company of Everything Summer Camp and Global Sticks Express, LLC (“Sponsor”), parent company of Ship Camps.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

Giveaway is open to individuals who are age 18 or older and legal resident of the fifty United States or District of Columbia.

Giveaway is not open to an employee of Sponsor, and/or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other coordinating agencies involved in the development, implementation and distribution of the Giveaway, or an immediate family member or are living in the same household of such an employee. 

The Giveaway is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. You are not authorized to participate in the Giveaway if you are not located in the United States.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES:

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content and awarding of prizes. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

In order to enter you will need the following: A computer with an internet connection.

All entries must be received by Tuesday, May 31st, 2022 no later than 11:59pm Central Standard Time ("CST"). The Giveaway will begin on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 and end on Tuesday, May 31st, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. CST (the "Giveaway Period"). Here is how to enter:

To enter you will need to visit our SHIP YOUR GEAR $1000 GIVEAWAY submission page and complete a very short entry form.

No entry fee or purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway.

No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, on-line during the Giveaway period. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of an electronic entry occurs when Sponsor's servers record the entry information upon clicking the "submit" (or similar) button. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the individual who is the registered holder of the e-mail account. Multiple entries on by the same person, whether using one or more e-mail accounts, will not be accepted and may result in disqualification of all entries. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will result in disqualification. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information by entrants; lost entries or transmissions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions of the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to entrants' systems. Incomplete entries will be voided. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.


4. PRIZE DETAILS:

There are five (5) prizes that are all of equal value. Each of our five selected winners will receive:

Two (2) Gifts Cards – one (1) $100 Gift card redeemable at ShipCamps.com and one (1) $100 Gift Card redeemable at EverythingSummerCamp.com

All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prizes will be in the form of Gift Card Codes in the amounts listed above and are redeemable at the websites of ShipCamps.com and EverythingSummerCamp.com.

The Prize will be delivered in the form of a Gift Certificate Code sent to the email address provided in the participant's entry form. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner's name (first name and last initial only) on Ship Camps’ and Everything Summer Camp’s websites, blogs, and social media channels.

Prize cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. Only one (1) prize in this Giveaway is permitted per person during the calendar year of 2022.

5. WINNER SELECTION:

The winners will be selected on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022

Winners will be selected, using randomizer software, from all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form.

Winners will be posted on the SHIP YOUR GEAR $1000 GIVEAWAY submission page on Wednesday, June 1^st, 2022.

All decisions in all matters relating to this Giveaway made by the Sponsor are final. Winner will be notified via an email sent to the email address provided with the Giveaway entry form. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Sponsor using commercially reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the potential winner within four (4) days from the first contact attempt, or if a potential winner has not, or does not comply with these Official Rules, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited.


6. DISPUTES:

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in WISCONSIN having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.


7. PRIVACY POLICY:

Both sponsors will receive the information submitted with an entry. You may receive email communications from both sponsors of this giveaway. You may opt out of receiving such communications by following the unsubscribe instructions set forth in most promotional email message from the sponsors.  Your unsubscribe request or email preferences change will be processed promptly, though this process may take several days.  During that processing period, you may receive additional promotional emails from us.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

C&N MANUFACTURING, INC., EVERYTHING SUMMER CAMP, AND ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES INVOLVED IN THE GIVEAWAY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.

GLOBAL STICKS EXPRESS, LLC., SHIP CAMPS, AND ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES INVOLVED IN THE GIVEAWAY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANT FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR LIABILITY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, BY REASON OF ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY, THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE, OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND FROM ANY PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.


9. TAMPERING:

If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts, impairs or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Giveaway and/or prizes. In such event, the Sponsor, may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension and Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with or in any way corrupts the entry process. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or the Sponsor’s representatives. The Sponsor and its promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to participate in the Giveaway.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
