Personal Shopper – How It Works
Everything Summer Camp is thrilled to welcome you to our 2026 shopping experience! Our team is ready to help you knock out your entire packing list while taking the guesswork out of sizing.
We recommend booking as early as possible — some limited-run items won't be restocked. Orders placed in January and February begin shipping in March, though some items may arrive sooner. Early slots are strongly encouraged.
Step 1 – Schedule Your Appointment
Click "Book Your Appointment" and select your camp name. Choose a date and time for one new camper, one returning camper, or multiple campers. Use "Add to Calendar" to save your Zoom link.
You'll get a confirmation email after booking and a reminder 48 hours before. A dedicated Camp Shopping Specialist will be assigned to guide you. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Before your appointment, have a measuring tape and a few well-fitting clothing items handy (t-shirt, shorts, sweatshirt, sweatpants) — we'll use these as sizing references.
Step 2 – Join Your Virtual Appointment
Click your Zoom link on appointment day to meet your Shopping Specialist. Have your measuring tape ready. Returning families, try on last year's camp items beforehand and keep them nearby during the call.
Your specialist will walk you through your camp's packing list, share their screen to browse products, build your cart, and make adjustments. Ask anything — about the gear, ordering process, or camp in general.
Step 3 – Checkout
You and your specialist will review your order together, make any final tweaks, and check out. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number, itemized list, and billing and shipping details.
Return & Exchange Policy
All exclusive apparel, customized, or labeled items are final sale. All other eligible items — unworn, unwashed, or defective — may be returned for store credit within 120 days of your order date, or exchanged within 60 days. No returns or exchanges after those windows.
