$100 Monthly Giveaway – Official Rules | Everything Summer Camp

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL RESPECTS.
The $100 Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by C&N Manufacturing, Inc., parent company of Everything Summer Camp (“Sponsor”), located at 501 S Clark St, Boyd, WI 54726
.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of each are not eligible.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD:
The Giveaway begins on the first calendar day of each month at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends on the final calendar day of the month at 11:59:59 PM CT (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants can enter the Giveaway by visiting the Entry Page right here and completing the form provided. All required fields must be completed with accurate information to be eligible.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. In lieu of completing the form online, participants may alternatively enter the Giveaway by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) to: Everything Summer Camp $100 Giveaway Entry, 501 S Clark St, Boyd, WI 54726. Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method.
Multiple entries submitted by a single entrant in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Use of automated systems or bots to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. PRIZE DETAILS:
Each month, one (1) winner will be selected to receive one (1) $100 Everything Summer Camp digital gift card (“Prize”). Gift card will be delivered to the winner’s email address as provided in the entry form. Prize must be redeemed at EverythingSummerCamp.com and is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.
No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. WINNER SELECTION:
Winner will be selected between the 1st and 5th day of the following month via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for provision of incorrect contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within ten (10) days of the notification, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Two alternate winners will be selected and if no one claims the prize, the month's contest is void.
7. DISPUTES:
THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF WISCONSIN, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW PRINCIPLES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court located in Wisconsin. Further, under no circumstances will an entrant be permitted to obtain awards for punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and hereby waives all rights to claim such damages.
8. PRIVACY POLICY:
By entering this Giveaway, you agree to receive email communications from Everything Summer Camp regarding promotions, products, and other marketing materials. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO ENTRANT'S COMPUTER SYSTEM OR OTHER PROPERTY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR ACCESS TO OR DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE GIVEAWAY.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective affiliates and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize.
10. TAMPERING:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or who violates these Official Rules.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
11. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
The name (first name and last initial) of the monthly winner will be posted on the official contest submission page found here on or after the 5th of each month.
