Camp Fuller
Camp Fuller is a co-ed summer camp organized by the Greater Providence YMCA. Camp Fuller sits in Turner Cove of the Point Judith Pond, a northern inlet to the larger Block Island Sound, providing campers a summer camp experience by the sea instead of a lakefront.
With both one-week and two-week sessions Camp Fuller offers a traditional overnight camp experience to hundreds of campers each year.
Camp Fuller campers are encouraged to make the most of their camp sessions by gaining new skills, as well as learning how to work with others from around the world, respect cultures and languages, and build lifelong friendships.
Former campers often cite their Camp Fuller experience as a source of confidence when they’re preparing to leave home for college.
Camp Fuller Activities
Camp Fuller embraces a traditional summer camp roster of activities. Every camper has the opportunity to participate in activities that offer a supportive supervised environment to develop their skills and self-confidence.
Some of the most popular Camp Fuller activities include:
- Sailing
- Rock Wall Tower
- Windsurfing
- Stand Up Paddle Boarding
- Archery
- Rugby
- Soccer
- Arts and Crafts
- And more!
Campers can anticipate eight different activity sessions a day with dedicated breakfast, lunch, and dinner sessions alongside siestas, and free time to hang out with fellow campers. Camp has professional medical staff on-site 24/7 and is accredited by the American Camp Association.
Camp Fuller Packing List
Camp Fuller is a tech-free camp. Even devices that can have their wifi disabled like e-readers, walkie-talkies, and electronic watches, should not be packed for camp. If a camper arrives with electronics, they will be confiscated until their session is over and they’re packing to leave.

- Laundry Bag (with name!)
