Packing Cubes: Stay Organized

Posted on

Packing cubes, packing cubes, packing cubes!
Great when packing for camp, great for staying organized at camp. Cubes make it easy to get dressed every morning, get ready for various activities like swimming and Shabbat dinners, put away laundry after it is returned.

Pack Extra Clothing

Posted on

Don’t pack anything in your kids’ trunks that you will be devastated if they don’t return with it or if it’s ruined upon return. Camp is messy, kids are disorganized and lose things easily and camp probably launders all of their clothes together in hot or warm water.  (Pre wash reddish colored items several times at home before packing if they’re new!)

Give Your Camper Time to Rest

Posted on

Do not plan a trip within two weeks after camp. The likelihood of your camper bringing home a sickness along with other people's clothes is extremely high. Also the campers are tired and need to rest.

Clothing Stamps & Stickers

Posted on

Get a stamp and stickers for clothes with your child's name and info. It takes a lot of time to get everything together and mark everything so plan accordingly, and these help speed up the process.

Clothing Cubes

Use clothing cubes so when your child goes rummaging through their trunks the clothes don't go everywhere the first day.
